Full Time Administrative Assistant
James Crystal Radio is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support a high impact sales staff. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience supporting in-the-field sellers as well as Station Management. Must be experienced interacting with the general public. This job requires assisting in sales order entry, servicing existing clients with a get-it-done approach in a business where minutes count.

Responsibilites include (but not limited to):
Designing/Implementing sales proposals
Tracking Systems
Computer skills a must (Use of MS Power Point , MS Excel, MS Word)
Receptionist back-up
Must have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a winning attitude.
Dependability a must
Phone skills are critical.
References a must.
