LIVE ON THE AIR - Monica Crowley

Sunday 6pm - 8pm

A perfect blend of knowledge, strong opinion and charm, Monica Crowley brings a new dynamism to WFTL’s weekend line-up.  You’re likely recognize her from her appearances on the Fox News Channel, where she is a political and international affairs analyst.

Monica began her radio career on WABC Radio in NY as a frequent guest on one show.  Management liked her so much, they gave her a time slot of her own.  And now, that program is syndicated around the country.

Monica is insightful and intelligent with her analysis on the week’s news.  Her program is heavily news focused and is always breaking news before the major media find out about it.

She holds two Masters degrees and a Ph.D. in international affairs from Columbia University. Crowley also worked as a Foreign Policy Assistant to former President Richard Nixon from 1990 until his death in 1994.

Crowley's experience with Nixon prompted her to write two best-selling books, Nixon off the Record: His Candid Commentary on People and Politics and Nixon in Winter. She has also written for The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun and The New York Post.

Crowley has been a guest on the major TV and cable news channels, including ABC, NBC, FOX and HBO and worked as a commentator on National Public Radio’s   Morning Edition for 4 years.
